Hi,
I have passport issued couple of years back from Hyd passport office.
My passport was fell down in water and now there was some blurr in my pic and photograph as well. I would like to exchange the passport at regional office. I am in a diff location from my home town.
Can any one help me the procedure and duration required for this process?
