Indian Passport Renewal - SF Consulate - Stem Extension Pending
Hi,
I am currently on my initial OPT and my EAD expires on Jan 20, 2020. I have applied for my stem extension and it has been received and i have a receipt from USCIS. I want to apply for my passport renewal as it expires October,2020 so that I have a renewed passport before my h1b process starts coming February.
Under Proof of legal status in USA, should I choose EAD (and give my current opt ead as proof) OR select pending approval at USCIS and give stem extension receipt no ?
