OCI for new passport & Part B question on family members

Hi, I'm applying for a new OCI card due to renwal of passport.

In Part B of the miscellaneous application, it asks, "Have you/any member of your family applied for Overseas Citizen of India registration earlier?"

Let's say my wife also applied for an OCI card ~10 years ago and it was granted. It is also due for renewal due to new passport.

Do I mention my wife's name as the answer to this question? But it asks for a "reference number" which I no longer have from 10 years ago! What should I provide for "reference number"?

Hi- If on your application you mention yes to OCI Question for your spouse, You will have to provide Reference number. if you are not applying based on your spouse's OCI, I suggest say no that question and send in your application.
