OCI renewal checklist for Form B (SF)
Hi,
I am renewing OCI for my 12 year old son. The parents are US citizens at present. Since we are in California, we're applying at San Francisco.
I have completed form A on GOI website, and in the process of uploading docs for form B.
Since the instructions are not crystal clear, I want to make sure I've uploaded all the requisite docs before clicking Submit. Please help me out.
I've uploaded the below docs so far:
(Current passport) - Passport of my son
(Indian Origin Proof) - OCI Cards of both the parents
(Indian Visa) - Current OCI of my son
(Relationship certificate) - Birth certificate of my son (however I've not gotten it apostilled)
Do I need to upload anything else? Do I need to get Birth certificate apostilled?
Please let me know, esp if you've successfully applied at SF. Thanks in advance.
