Passport Renewal
Hi,
I'm applying for my passport Renewal to NewYork consulate,USA.My passport will expire on April 2011.So i'm applying in advance from my other purpose.I'm sending all the documents by mail. I find a "Nationality Status Verification" form on the website. I find another link to On-line application form.
I no need to change any address and corrections in my existing passport.
My Question Is:
Do I need to fill the "Nationality Status Verification" form in addition to On-line application form.
Please advise. Thanks for your time to look into this.
