Help with OCI

Wanted to see if you can help me with my OCI card. We applied for the card on Feb24, 2010. The documents were acknowledged on the Mar 16, 2010. We still have not received any documents. I have sent an email but have not received any emails

Also, one question? Are we supposed to send additional renunciation fees of $175 per passport holder? We only sent $275 for both me and my husband who are Indian passport holders.

Could that be the reason for delay?
