Hi,
what is the procedure if i need to send my 1 year old baby girl (born in US) to India to stay with her grandparents for few months. she has a PIO card.
1. Can I send her to India with her grandmom? If so, do I need to give some authorisation letter stating that I as the parent have sent her?
2. In India what is the procedure to stay for few months. I tried to google it and found that we have to register with FRRO.
If so, is there an application form? where is the office in Chennai?
3. How long is it valid i.e., does he have to do it every time he visits India?
I would really appreciate your help.
