OCI question

Hi,
You might have already answered this question in another thread....but unfortunately i couldn't find it.
I am planning to apply for OCI for me and my wife only (no children). Should i apply as a family or as individual in Part A? Please clarify.

Please note that my kid has already got his OCI.
