OCI for US Born kids / India Born Parents?

Hello,

Me and my wife are born in India but now US citizens. My wife also has a OCI card. I have couple of questions

1. Both of our kids are born in US. Can i apply for OCI eventhough all of us reside in US?

(Language from eligibility requirements seems like someone needs to be a permanent resident in India which is not the case for us)

2. Can i still use family application. (My wife already has OCI, I dont)

YEs - you should be able to use Family Pack

Provided the kids are minor...otherwise it will not make any difference if you apply seperate or join...20**** v/s 20+20+20
