For PIO and Surrender certificate application, it should be filled in duplicate.
Does this mean that it the entire set (including copies of documents) should be duplicated or it's just the application.
In other words when I submit the notarized copy of any document (say US passport), should there be two notarized copies (one for each application set) or just one would be enough.
(Why the heck it should be in duplicate anyways..
but that's a different story)
