OCI notary

Due to the ongoing pandamic it was difficult to get a notary appointment and somehow managed to get one at Bank of America. The notary said she cannot sign on the pages directly instead she gave an additional notary certificate mentioning my doc name at top and including parents name in the certificate. And asked me to mark page 1 of 2 in my oci form and page 2 of 2 in notary certificate.
My concern is whether ckgs OR consulate decline this kind of notary or are they so strict to have it notarized in the same form.
Ex: OCI 3rd page to be signed by both parents for minor and notarize. So bank notary didn’t sign in this page instead signed in separate notary certificate page.

Some forms come with the statement for the notary to sign and place their stamp. For photocopies, this will not be the case. Find a notary who has a stamp that says "CERTIFIED AND TRUE COPY" or something like that. She/He will stamp that on the photocopy and notarize the photocopy.
