Passport Renewal CKGS-SFO Shipping Form

CKGS has a page where you have to select shipping method from you to CKGS and from CKGS to you. I selected their service which is "FedEx Standard Overnight". However, you cannot proceed unless you click the radio button to check if FedEx is there in your area. I clicked it, but

1. The address format is different from my proof of address format. e.g. My document uses street-city-state-zip. They are auto selecting street-state-city-zip. Will this cause issues in processing my application? Because it is written in red bold that address must be identical to document.

2. The you to CKGS auto address is using 5 digit zip e.g 12345. The return address is using 9 digits e.g. 12345-9876. Will this cause issues in processing my application? Because it is written in red bold that address must be identical to document. My document uses 12345-9876.

street-state-city-zip!!

It seems you are on the US west coast. Some countries have different address formats. It should be street-city-state-zip for you. You can try to double-check at https://www.fedex.com/en-us/online/rating.html and https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress

It is better to use the zip code in 5+4 format in the US. There should not be any problems.
