PIO online editable form second page - washington DC
Hi,
The second page of the online fillable form for PIO(Indian embassy, DC) has very less space for filling up complete information in lot of fields. Actually the font size is very big so the content of all the fields are not completely visible after filling.
For eg:- In Q14
Whether the applicant of either of his/her parents or any of his/her grandparents or great grandparents was born
and was permanent resident in territories falling in present day India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, as on the date of the
notification of the Scheme, i.e. 30.3.1999, if so, the following details may be indicated:
The field:
Name and Relation
In this field the space is very less to filll up the name and relation together.
Can you please make the font size smaller for this page.
Also one more question - i think the format of the application has changed recently because some time back when i checked the PIO application format I found that there was some declaration section for parent applying for a minor. Is the declaration from parent is not required now or I am missing something. Can you please confirm
