Passport renewal, no option of CKGS shipping?

I am applying for passport renewal, but CKGS website is not showing shipping through CKGS option.

I filled the initial part and section 4 - submission and collection mode shows own airway bill to send and receive. Looks like no option for CKGS shipping. This section mentions that they don't drop off completed application to carriers as shipping through them is not selected. Very confusing - how to get back the application?

CKGS call centers are closed, no email response. Any idea?
