In the "Shipping through CKGS" section of the application (part 4, Submission and Collection Mode), the only option I see under "Select Shipping Option" is the following: "I will use my own airway bill". SO, I went ahead and chose that and submitted my online application. When I am about to send the physical documents, I see that in this kind of shipping mode, they do not drop the processed docs to courier company and we need to do that. It didnt make sense.

- Is there a way that I could change my shipping option?
- I tried to cancel and create new one but ckgs website says application with the same passport number is already present, so couldn't go that route
- With this current shipping option that I have selected, what needs to be done to get my processed docs back?
