We submitted our OCI Papers to Indian Consulate in Chicago including Surrender Certificate in May 2010 and according to online Inquiry it was scanned on June 19, 2010 but still not printed. What does this mean? Do I have to send another Photos? Indian Consulate in Chicago does not answer Phone or email. Any suggestion?
