SFO CKGS phone number

I am trying to get hold of someone at the SFO CKGS office without luck. When calling the numbers (917 444 7911 / 917 444 7752) listed on their website I head "The number is unallocated". Can't seem to get hold of them via contact us form either.

Anybody have luck reaching out to them recently? Any pointers will be great.

redmondraj no use of ckgs via phone or email during these times. I have relied on this forum for my kid's OCI and have been helping others too. There are good number of people who are helping as well. So if you have any questions start a thread.

I submitted my application in Feb, but then did not send docs because of covid worries. Now i want to re-apply - so I created a new web id from govt website, but ckgs website won't let me create a new application as it complains that I already have an application.

I would like to cancel that old app, so I can create a new/fresh application.

Anyone who uses their services wonders "how to quickly get through to the support service and solve their question?". As a rule, companies try to make hotline numbers easy to remember so that subscribers can remember them at any time. It is much easier when there are specialized websites of such companies. Where you can contact the operators directly on the website. However, to register, you usually need to link your number.
