Could not proceed with Passport Application - Stuck at Submission and Collection Mode
I am not able to proceed with my Renewal Passport Application, due to some issue with the Submission and Collection Mode page. After I enter my Address, the option to validate the address with FedEx is not showing up. It disappears after I enter the zip code and never comes back. I have tried in multiple browsers like IE/Firefox/Chrome and laptops etc and see the same issue. I have been trying over the couple of weeks now and it's still not working.
I get the following message on click on submit.
"Please provide forward shipping option"
Has anyone faced this issue and any workaround available? I have mailed to multiple email address provided in CKGS, but haven't heard back from them.
