CKGS-Houston- MyAccount returns -"Information requested does not matchup with criteria." even though the values are valid.
I cannot print the bar code which is suggested without accessing myaccount.
Iam struck at this stage since a week, CKGS not responding to emails or no response from feedback window.
Can anyone help if you faced this issue?
