OCI Collection in India Applied in USA

Hello,

Has anyone gone thro' a process to collect OCI docs in India despite application was done in USA?



Also, one more question - if yes, it's ok to transfer OCI docs to India to pick up. what should be the FRRO office I should select? I'm from western region (not from Mumbai though).

Should it be Delhi (national office) or Mumbai?

What you want is not possible. OCI can only be collected from where it was submitted.

Once your OCI has been granted it comes to the place where it was submitted. Then you have all the time in the world to collect it.
