Visiting Pakistan then going to India, would that be a problem?

Hi,
I am an Indian born American Citizen. I have lived here all my life with friends from all backgrounds.

Next year, I am planning to tour Pakistan with a few friends.

When I go back to India after that, would Indian immigration give me problems? I have an American passport and I have visited many other countries.
