Passport Renewal - Unable to complete application on vfsglobal

I am trying to renew my passport from US. I am unable to get past step 2 - Add New Customer.
Anybody else has this problem? I have tried different browsers with no success.

I too have the same problem with Add customer on the OCI renewal screen. It is not recognizing the Reference number that I give there. Was that the same problem you had ? How did you resolve it. Can you please share some more information.

For me it was different issue, there was no error message, but the form would not submit. It resolved for me though.
