OCI processed but not being returned by CKGS

Hello,

We applied for OCI for my wife in September via CKGS. We see online that the ministry has processed the OCI and returned it to the Indian consulate in San Francisco on Nov 4th. But CKGS has not picked it up and shipped it back to us (we paid for all the return shipping). Calling the line at the consulate does not help as no one picks up. And calling CKGS does not help as it looks like the line is disconnected.

Any suggestions in pursuing this would be appreciated.

I have a similar issue. I applied in September and there is no update to my OCI request. Did anyone email the Consulate? https://www.cgisf.gov.in/

Emailed the people in this list (https://www.cgisf.gov.in/page/consulate-officials/) - specifically, dcg.sf[at]mea.gov.in. Got a response back with my OCI card in two days.

UP_India I received the OCI today. The OCI was delivered today by UPS. I am not sure if CKGS picked it up and sent via UPS or if UPS picked it up directly from the Indian consulate. The things I did was call the consulate a few times (415 668 0662, left messages) and emailed CKGS ([email protected]) and the consulate. I don't know what fixed it.
