Passport Renewal

while filling online application for renew passport, made couple of mistakes.

1. Instead of selecting 'fresh passport' chosen 're-issue passport' in 'select desired' field

2. In 'other address' filed wrote india address instead of current address(US address)

how do i correct them? or can i fill online application again with all correct information?

or can i strike down the address i wrote in 'other filed' and write current address beside that?

I don't see current address filed in the application any where, based on what address they send passport after approved application
