OCI Document and Sticker

IMy wife and I applied together for OCI a month back and the status shows that the documents have been dispatched to the NY consulate. I need to send our passport to get the OCI sticker and the OCI document and get it back through mail. My question is,
Do i need to send my and my wife's passport in separate mails to the consulate with $20 each(2 * $20) for mailing charge? or can i send it in one mail and attach $20 for return mail charge?

Any idea how long will it take to receive back our passport and the oci document from the consulate?

OCI Card by Mail

The return mail charges for getting an OCI card is $20 (to be paid by Money Order) up to four passports. The turnaround time is about one to two weeks. As per CGINY website there are about 5000 OCI card ready to be dispatched. So the turn around time could be longer. Recently it took about three weeks to get my Surrender Certificate from CGINY.

Document Received status not updated

Hey guys... the online OCI status say that the documents were dispatched to the consulate on 07/23/2010 and It has not yet been received by the NY CGI.

Should I send the US passport + $20 mailing fee or just wait until the status gets update as 'Received by NY CGI'?
