Wow, VFS Houston sent acknowledgement of receipt within 2 days of OCI application packet being delivered. That is fast for VFS standards! And that too in a holiday week!

For some odd reason vfs sent back 1 pp size photo with US PP from my mother's application. I did everything same for myself, sister and my mother.
