OCI Photo and Signature JPEG not working on ociservices.gov.in website

Hi All, I have tried everything possible -- files are in the correct .jpg format, are of the right size, file sizes are correct etc. But the upload page keeps just silently coming back to the same upload page, with absolutely no error message. It is either failing to upload, or uploading and just not proceeding to the next step. HELP!! Also, is there any helpline for OCI.gov ?

fieldm This is a common problem. At what time stamp did you try to upload? You may need to keep trying at different times. I had no issues with OCI application and it went smooth(I completed over this weekend but I submitted in the middle of the night meaning peak day time in India so all servers were up and running).
