hi all ,
hi guys pio card holders who applied oci at newyork need to send original pio card at the time of oci application. they changed like this yesterday. b4 they want the copy of the pio only. but now they need it with oci application. i already sent the application 2 weeks back . i sent only notarised copy of the pio with oci application. but now i saw like this in their website. is this delay my process. any advises pls.
