Hi - Everyone. It's not clear for those that are applying for OCI, but never had an Indian passport, I traveled to the USA under my Mom's passport. The documents they require for without passport is affidavit of loss...but i never lost my indian passport. Just I was never issued one. How did someone do this? Thank you

The renunciation application for those "without a recent passport" is asking me to fill out the documents about losing my passport. The instructions require filling out two documents. 1) Affidavit-loss-passport, and 2) Sworn Affidavit. But I never lost my Indian passport, I actually never had an Indian Passport, and I traveled here to the USA under my mother's passport. What do I do in this case? Do I just not fill these out? Do I make a note on my application?
