OCI Courier Labels & Check list

Courier Label Question
The VFS Site generated 3 courier labels for me
- 2 from VFS to me
- 1 to VFS

Does any one know if I still need to send the $15 money order for return of US Passport or will they use one of the courier label to send it back to me?

Can some one please share a link to the check list for new OCI? I got the 'Application Confirmation Letter' from VFS but the link to the check list is not a link in it.

It's is possible that the shipping page has been updated but the receipt you get after paying fees should have generated a checklist? It has receipt on first page and then checklist on other pages.

If it already generated 3 labels, then there might be no need to send $15 money order. VFS might have already charged you $45 for shipping. Check your invoice.

I applied for OCI about 2 weeks ago and VFS had still not updated their system to generate 3 shipping labels. I was charged $30 for shipping so I had to send $15 money order for 3rd shipping.
