India travel (April 2021), OCI/visa issues?

Hi,
Trying to get some pointers on what I might need to travel with family in April 2021.

1. Wife and I have OCI
2. One kid had visa stamp ~2 years ago, but heard that the visas were "cancelled" due to COVID. Does that mean we need to re-stamp the India visa on the US passport?
3. One kid will need to get OCI or India visa (just ~1.5 years old), intend to go with visa due to not enough time for OCI.

Questions:

1. Are they still offering e-visa (for my 2nd kid case)?
2. Would I need to re-acquire a new e-visa (for my 1st kid) just because of COVID?
3. Any other tips like I had someone suggest to avoid Mumbai or Delhi airports

Please get his OCI, visa won't be valid or given out

jjml if your kid's India visa is a multi entry tourist visa (Assuming it is that) has not expired, then it will be valid whenever Indian govt allows tourist Visa holders back. Visa has not been cancelled.

Tourist visa holders are currently not allowed but that should change soon hopefully.

Right now, only Indian nationals, OCI, and some business visa holders are allowed entry.
