New OCI application no progress at SF Office

I submitted my childs new oci application by mail to SF office three weeks ago. I got an email acknowledgment of receipt. however, since then there has been no updates. When I try to track the status on the VFS tracker with ARN number, I get the “Invalid Input” error.

I know that the SF office has been affected by covid. Anyone else seen movement from that office for their application?

My sister's OCI application sitting at sf office since last week. She got email y'day saying it's shipped but there's no tracking still. My OCI left Delhi will reach sf soon but idk how long more it'll take cuz I gotta travel during 2nd-3rd week of Feb.
