Hi All,
I am applying for new OCI for my daughter. Going through VFS document upload checklist, for "Current passport" category it says to upload "Current passport copy and Birth Certificate Copies of Valid US Visas of both parents". Does all these 3 should be in single PDF? I am confused why they mentioned Birth certificate in "Current Passport" category.
Also me and my wife are on H1 visa. In my current Indian passport, US visa stamp is pretty old. Can I upload/send USCIS copy of my H1B extension as valid US visa document?
