We are U.S.citizens for the last 25 years, so are our kids who were born in India. One resides in New York and we live in California. Do we apply for a surrender certificate for him in California or in New York.? Can we
send the copy of the naturalisalization certificates for both of us and the copy of our passports- we do not want to send the originals to New York, because we have to send our passports to be cancelled by San
Francisco Consulate. what a mess? Can you help us?
