new OCI checklist for adult

I'm going to apply for OCI checklist soon and was looking at the VFS website for the new OCI adult checklist. This is what written:

PROOF OF INDIAN ORIGIN–COPY
Copy of first three and last two pages of the last-held Indian passport of the applicant. -DON’T SEND ORIGINAL INDIAN PASSPORTS.
VOTER CARD

Anybody who has already applied or got OCI card, any suggestion do we need to submit "VOTER CARD" on top of the cancelled Indian passport and renunciation certificate proof?
If so is it an Indian old voter card or new US voter documentation?

You don't need to send voter card if you are sending Indian PP.
