I'm trying to convert my son's PIO to an OCI. However I have the following questions:
1) Issue Date: My son's PIO was issued in 2018. The website throws an error stating only PIO's issued before 30 Jan 2015 are accepted. What should I do about this?
2) Expiry: The website expects a PIO expiry date, however my son's PIO doesn't list one.
Any help with these is much appreciated. Thanks!
