Hello, I am trying to apply for Indian Passport Renunciation for my minor son who was India born. I have two questions -
1 - "Renunciation Certificate"
I am not sure how to complete "Renunciation Certificate" form. It starts with statement "I the applicant is of full age and capacity". Not sure if this could be completed under a minor's name.
2 - Since he got his citizenship through parents, he does not have his own naturalization certificate. I guess an Affidavit is needed in this case. Is this affidavit in addition to the two that are already attached in the checklist. Does anyone have any sample format?
Anybody with similar experience. Wish they would provide clear guidelines?
