Question on Physical Photo Affix on Physical application form

Hi,

I am preparing application for minor renew of oci.


I saw these instructions from OCI Checklist -Minor.The Physical application came with digital photo and signature of the child.

Where should we attach the physical photo in this application ?


Here is the checklist from VFS website

The physical photo must be affixed on the physical application form and the digital photo must be uploaded on Govt. form online. The physical and uploaded photograph must be identical•The digital signature must also be uploaded on the Govt. portal. Upload signature must match with the signature on the physical form.

Please advice.

Just send two loose photos with the application, no need to paste anything anywhere.
