Pay Online button not working on VFS Site

When I come to the final page on VFS portal where I need to pay online using credit card, and click on "Pay Online" button, nothing happens (As if the button is non-existent). At this stage, if I click "Confirm Application", it throws an error (Which I believe is due to payment not completed). I have done a separate post about that earlier. But how do I complete the payment when the pay online button is not working.

Has anyone experienced this issue recently (In last 1 or 2 days)? I tried both from latest version of Chrome and Firefox as per VFS suggestion and also deleted cookies and cache and tried.

I don't want to go with money order option as VFS offered courier is not available with that option. And I prefer their shipping as that is very efficient and easily trackable as they take responsibility for it.

I tested from a mobile phone and getting same issue.

I had issue few weeks back with either Chrome or Microsoft Edge (one of them worked and the other didn't. can't remember which browser worked). Try emailing them at [email protected]

Just an update: The Pay Online label is a useless label added to confuse people. It is just an image and not a button. You have to click on "Confirm Application" which will take you to payment page if you chose credit card as payment method.
