Question on OCI Application Part -B document not uploaded but file number generated

I am trying to upload the supporting documents on the Government website for OCI Application of my spouse,but the website shows uploaded successfully but it comes blank couple of times.I did multiple times and used multiple browsers but in-vain.


But strangely i got email states that File number generated.Looks like i cant edit the file what is the best way for the solution.Do i need to file the new application again.

Don't have to fill new application. You can upload the documents for the same application
