OCI application- Error

I am trying to submit a new OCI application in the below website but after 2 pages it gives an error message saying "Something went wrong".I waited for a few days and tried, still the same error.Tried in different browsers, still the same error.

Did you try during Indian business hours - Usually after 10:00am IST. So it would be night Time in US. This is a common problem faced by many. If not, then try during Indian business hours.

No it was not while uploading the document.It was after the step 2 while submitting the form
