10 year old signature on OCI form

Need help in understanding if the oci form needs to be signed or thumb impression for my 10 year old son. Initial form says no sign but thumb impression is needed but in the check list t says any kid above 5 yrs old needs to sign. I completed the whole form with the thumb impression and now i saw this

Should i redo the whole form again?
