Pio card is still valid ? Need help urgent

I need help.
my husband flying india with our daughter. She is 12 now and her Pio card has old picture when she was 2 years old Her Pio has old passport number written. If he carry her old and new password with pio card which is expire in 2023 then any issue in travelling?

PIO is still good till end of 2021, see here: https://www.cgisf.gov.in/news_letter_detail/?id=21

You should be fine, just carry both passports.
