Question about OCI v/s POI

I am Indian born but currently having USA Citizenship. My wife is India born and currently having USA Citizenship. My both Kids are USA Citizen by born.

I am thinking to go for POI v/s OCI. i found following difference on your site.

PIO Card: Foreign-born children of both Indian Citizen Parents - Eligible to get the PIO Card
OCI Card: Foreign-born children of both Indian Citizen Parents - Not eligible to get the OCI Card

That means that My kids and their Kids are not eligible to get India Citizenship if I go for OCI Card.

Am I right? Please let me know if i mis understood.

That's not right. You are no longer Indian citizen, but are US citizen.

Therefore, all of you can apply for OCI.
