entry visa at sf consulate

Does anyone know if non-emergency entry visa is currently being processed at sf consulate? Any recent experiences about how much time it takes?

Yes they are processing. Got for myself and my wife last week. Took 4 days from submission via USPS to receive

Lalsjc Hello! The checklist for Entry Visa on SF consulate specifically asks for:
" Supporting documents for reason of travel (death certificate or doctors/hospital certificate)."
How does one apply for non-emergency entry visa if the above is one of the required supporting document on the checklist? I think, I am missing something here. Can you please help?
