Envelope should be superscribed as NEW OCI - MINOR

New OCI Checklist for minor (https://services.vfsglobal.com/one-p...inor-final.pdf) says that Envelope should be superscribed as “NEW OCI - MINOR". Could somebody please help me to understand how do we do that? Thank you.

Just write "NEW OCI - MINOR" on top of the envelope.

We wrote it in the blank are on the shipping label. They are not particular about where on the envelope it is written.
