New OCI for Minor - Supporting Document Size Limit - Max size 1000kb only?

Hope you all are doing great. Need your input on maximum document to be uploaded size limit. https://ociservices.gov.in/welcome says "Kindly be ready with supporting documents in PDF format (Max size 1000kb)." Wanted to know is it the limit of each document or all documents together? If all then how do you guys managing the size limit. Any information towards this would be helpful. Thanks.

1000KB for each document (not all together).
Just scan the document and use any of the online PDF converters to get optimum sized PDFs.
