Glossy or Matt ppper for new OCI

Hope you all are doing well. I need a suggestion whether to go by Glossy or Matt paper to print photo for new OCI for the minor. Any suggestion would be helpful.

It can be matte or glossy. What matter is the picture quality , no shadows, and proper lighting
