talked to VFS customer service and my application ran into trouble / delays ?

I sent my application last week and its still under processing at the VFS center. Before sending the documents , I had called VFS and asked them a question about my OCI application. I am wondering whether they do not like you using the 5 mins free talk time, and end up causing problems for your application ?

I thought they process the applications pretty fast , and am worried as to why mine is not getting processed ?

is this for a minor or adult? Any other status updated as of today?
