Can't update new passport online, OCI Misc. form errors out

I got a new passport for my minor son and went to OCI Misc services to update the passport number and picture. Upon entering the current OCI details, the site just says "Some Error has occured". I contacted [email protected] and i get a email back saying this recipient does not exist.

This needs to be updated within 3 months of the new passport issuance.
Any help or ideas on what's going on ?

Did you try visiting nearest passport seva office?
